At SchoolSmart, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, such as the back-to-school season, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only.

Click & Collect

We offer FREE Click & Collect from our Gosport store.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the store.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
